CONDITIONS The Festival is a charityevent, participants will not receive any payment for concerts; All participants of the Festival will pay their travel. The organising committee will organize hotels (hostels) at the option of respective team, and will arrange for feeding and cultural program (excursions) as agreed upon with participants; Participant teams will submit printing material to be used in posters, booklets and catalogues of the Festival for information purposes; each team will receive a commemorative catalogue; Participation in Opening and Closing concerts of the Festival which involves performance of one piece, for no more than 3 minutes and participation in concerts of the Festival, overall time of performance: 10 -20 minutes (minimum one concert);

• All participants of the Festival must submit their audio or video records to organizers (CDs may be mailed by ordinary mail, and several tracks may be sent by e-email);
• Each participant team will receive a diploma and a commemorative souvenir of the Festival;
• All the Festival events will be covered by press, radio channels and TV programs; participants’ information submitted to organising committee will be used in Festival advertising materials;
• A delegation may include not only artists, but also accompanying persons. No limitations are placed on number of artists and accompanying persons;
• Participation in evening party with other groups (optional).

"Package 1" 130 EUR per 1 person (in hostel)

• 5 nights in multi-bed rooms, common bathrooms on the floor, (breakfast is not included)
• Transfer airport-hotel-airport with guide
• One dinner with other choirs

• Opening ceremony with gala concert of the participants

"Package 2" 148 EUR per 1 person (in hostel)

• 5 nights in 2-3-bed rooms, bathrooms for two rooms, (with breakfast)
• Transfer airport-hotel-airport with guide
• One dinner with other choirs
• Sightseeing city tour by bus and guide (St.Petersburg)
• Opening ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• public concert performances with other groups
• final ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• the master classes (with Russian or foreign specialists)

"Package 3" 175 EUR per 1 person (3* stars hotel)

• 5 nights in standard twin/double rooms, with bathrooms
• 5 breakfasts on buffet (hot dishes included)
• Transfer airport-hotel-airport with guide
• One dinner with other choirs
• Sightseeing city tour by bus and guide (St.Petersburg)
• Opening ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• public concert performances with other groups
• final ceremony with gala concert of the participants
• the master classes (with Russian or foreign specialists)

Attention! The reservation of the places in the hotel (hostel) is guarantee after the prepayment of 10%

Creative organization "Art Attache" is provider of accommodation, meals and culture program (excursions, bus, guides) for the participants during the festival.

To participate in the Festival you should fill in the application form and send it by e-mail to: interfolk@mail.ru by fax: +7-812-328-39-21, not later than July 1 , 2010.

Materials to be attached to the application are the following:

• Background (no more than 10 lines in Russian and in English);
• Colour photographs of a team (in JPG (JPEG) format, no less than 2 MB);
• Audio- or video records (send, please some tracks by e-mail to: interfolk@mail.rul or the originals by post mail: 199004 Russia, Saint Petersburg, 2 Liniya, 17-28;
• Proposed repertoire.
